Serguei Beloussov Chairman and CEO Mr. Beloussov is a successful self-made entrepreneur and business executive with an outstanding 15-year track record in building, growing and leading high-performing, multi-national high tech companies in North America, Europe and Asia. Since 2003, he has been the Chairman and CEO of Parallels, a global leader in virtualization and automation software for consumers, businesses and service providers. Under Mr. Beloussov’s leadership, Parallels has quickly grown to profitability and #1 market positions with its innovative desktop virtualization, OS containers and control panel product lines. He is also a Founder and major investor in Acronis, a global leader in storage management and disaster recovery software for consumers, SMBs and large enterprises. Previously, Mr. Beloussov co-founded and helped grow a PC manufacturing business to $150 million in revenue in less than 3 years, the S&W electronics company to over $500 million in only 8 years, and Solomon Software SEA — each of which has become profitable in the first year since inception. He holds a B.S. in Physics, an M.S. in Physics and Electrical Engineering with High Honors, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology

Mr. Chtchelkonogov has over fifteen years of experience in software project management, ERP software design and implementation. Mr. Chtchelkonogov was Director of Engineering for Parallels, the leading provider of desktop virtualization, OS containers, and control panel software. He was responsible for the development of Parallels Business Automation line of products. Prior to joining Parallels, Mr. Chtchelkonogov was the CTO of SWsoft consulting division, responsible for implementation of custom ERP solutions and providing customer support.
Mr. Chtchelkonogov received a Master of Science degree (1996) in Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).

From 1996 to 2006 Dmitry Devishev has worked in Nival Interactive as Director of Development. Known releases include Allods I&II (aka Rages of Mages), Heroes of Might and Magic V, Blitzkrieg I&II, Etherlords.
From 2006 Dmitry Devishev has become General Manager of Astrum Nival (a.k.a Nival Online), working on online games development (two MMORPG released - Allods Online, The Best Game of 2009; and Northern Blade, Gamer’s Choice of 2010) and operation (13 games in total, including Perfect World and ZT Online). Now Astrum Nival is part of, leading Russian web portal, responsible for 55% of online gaming market.

Alexander Lupachev is a director of Finam Capital, private equity and venture capital division of Finam Group. Finam Capital is the second largest investor in internet in Russia, with portfolio of 13 companies valued over $200m. Alexander is a member of the Investment Committee of Finam Capital and is on the Board of Directors of, a portfolio company. Prior to joining Finam Capital, Mr. Lupachev managed TMT investments on behalf of Delta Private Equity and Access Industries. Alexander received an undergraduate degree in international economics from MGIMO and did his MBA at Harvard Business School.
