CEE-SECR 2010: Banks
We invite you to attend the CEE-SECR 2010: Banks conference, which will be held October 12, 2010 in Moscow collocated within the 6-th Eastern-European Software Engineering Conference CEE-SECR 2010.
High requirements on quality and reliability of banking systems, as well as the need to improve the efficiency of business during the economic recession demand new technologies and more sophisticated software for banks and financial institutions. The Conference provides an excellent opportunity to CIO-s as well as heads of software development departments of large and medium-sized banks to meet with representatives of companies supplying software solutions, to establish new business connections, to learn about the new banking technologies from developers, to discuss the successful implementation of banking products and share the experience with the technological elite of the leading banks in Russia.

The conference Program will consist of two parallel sections:
“Strategies and Platforms” and “Architecture and Technology” and will include:
- successful projects case studies;
- architecture reports, summarizing both domestic and international experience in implementation of complex software solutions for the banking industry;
- talks on controversial / provocative subjects;
- analysis of technologies and platforms from both domestic and foreign development companies;
- round tables and panel discussions on topics of current interest.
Conference talks and papers cover the following topics:
Open source software for banks, cloud computing, virtualization resource server platforms, data warehouse architecture, technological aspects of mergers and acquisitions, education and trainings for developers in banking and finance field, solutions for complex tasks of credit institutions, the architecture of the banking IT-infrastructure, change management, version management, implementation of a scalable architecture, SOA, BPM, core banking systems, software development processes, selection methods of software solutions for banks, transition from distributed to centralized systems, the issues of information security, etc.

Papers, presentations, topics for roundtables, and workshops on the above topics, as well as other topics related to the development, implementation and maintenance of software and hardware solutions for the banking industry are solicited for inclusion at the conference.
